The wind shield cracked while dealership washing the car. Tried numerous time speaking to the service manager and walked into the dealership since he (Managers) won’t return the call After we got hold on Tried numerous time speaking to the service manager and walked into the dealership since he (Managers) won’t return the call After we got hold on him, the manger is giving us the run around. Keeps saying I will get back to you after checking with Kia but he never did In brief, it is the worse customer service experience and that manager have zero experience in customer service or client communicating skills More

The problem that I brought my Sportage in to address was not addressed. Instead a recall was addressed and I was told to make another appointment to address the AC which stopped working. Despite being told not addressed. Instead a recall was addressed and I was told to make another appointment to address the AC which stopped working. Despite being told that they would communicate during the process I had to call repeatedly to get information on the status of my concerns. In the past I have received excellent service and repair. More
