For a regular check up, I wait 3 hrs! Why can’t the appointments be spaced better so wait time is about 1 hr. Just recently I was told my car, that was in for major repairs was ready, but when I came to pick it up, it was not completely ready and I had to wait an extra 1.5 hrs. As I said excellent work but wait times and/or scheduling must be improved!

They claim to have worked on the vehicle, but I can tell that nothing was done. I was able to tell that nothing was done on the vehicle because, nowadays we have apps, they track every movement in your vehicle. You can tell if your car was driven or turned on and none of that happened while the vehicle was in their possession. Rightfully, they did not charge me for anything, because nothing was done. After having my car there for multiple days and telling me that the car was being worked on. I will continue to go there because that's the closest Kia service center to me and I hope the service gets better.
