With the help of a friend we found a car at Cardinale Way Mazda and were pleasantly surprised at the friendly and very competent representatives. Darlene was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Felt like buying from a friend. The price was exactly what I was look for and I leased the new CX5. I reached out to several dealerships about out of state cars, and CardinaleWay Mazda was one of them. Darlene contacted me almost immediately, and they entire staff was extremely helpful from the start. Doing an appraisal on a vehicle that they haven't seen is always a risk, but they allowed me to take photos and videos and use those for an estimate. The value for my trade and for the car I purchased was incredible. I didn't feel pressured at all; I genuinely felt like they wanted to get me the best deal possible. I would absolutely purchase a car from them again. Ladies, this is a very female-friendly dealership! I used to work in the car business, and many many places are very male dominated. Every person I worked with from start to finish was a woman who had been with the company for years, including the Finance Director Joean. It was so refreshing to interact with women in a predominantly male environment. More

Good experience! I met Darlene in 2016. I couldn't figure out how to upgrade my Mazda 3 GPS map. There was no sale of anything involved yet she spent over an hour sho I met Darlene in 2016. I couldn't figure out how to upgrade my Mazda 3 GPS map. There was no sale of anything involved yet she spent over an hour showing me the correct web site, where the SD card was located in my car and how to upload. Because of that experience, we just bought our CX3 from her and it was an equally perfect transaction. She sync'd up our phones, showed us all the bells and whistles, took us for 2 test drives - perfect. We'd had a poor experience when we bought our CX5 (trading in the Mazda 6 and NOT with Darlene) so we told her we had only 2 1/2 hours to give for the transaction to be complete (previous purchase took 3 agonizing days and multiple trips to the dealership) and she had it all sewn up within 3 hours - close enough for us! THIS TIME, an all around great experience. Sales manager Mike, Wayne (co-worker) and Darlene all made this a pleasant and exciting morning for us. Finance person was another story, but okay. More
