I fell in love with Mazda with in 2016. I had a 29% interest rate on my first Vehicle, I was so upside down I couldn’t see ever getting out of it. Darlene sure did! I was able to get a 9% and walk away interest rate on my first Vehicle, I was so upside down I couldn’t see ever getting out of it. Darlene sure did! I was able to get a 9% and walk away with a brand new “zoom zoom”… however, I got that mew car itch again and traded it for a used Chevy Cruze at 7%. After being miserable for 3 years, the First chance I could get rid of that Chevy I started shopping…went to 2 other dealerships and just couldn’t find anything I liked. Of course I walked on home, back to Cardinaleway Mazda! Darlene has always taken care of me and made sure I was happy. I appreciate someone who has a pure love of the product they are selling. Darlene Ledbetter was a pleasure to work with in finding the perfect car for me. I knew I wanted to buy a newer used Mazda but wasn't sure which model I wanted. After test driving a CX5 Grand Touring trim m the perfect car for me. I knew I wanted to buy a newer used Mazda but wasn't sure which model I wanted. After test driving a CX5 Grand Touring trim model, I knew this was the one for me, but I didn't want the exterior color black or white or red. I wanted blue. Lucky for me, a 2017 CX5 blue Grand Touring trim model had just been returned the week before Christmas. It had been a leased car. Darlene knew I was looking for this model and color so quickly called me with the good news. Darlene is very knowledgeable about all the buttons and gadgets in the Mazda interior and was able to help me understand the basics of the car's functions. She supplied me with lots of internet sites so I can go online on my time frame and learn more about the electronics of my car. I'm so glad that I stopped at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa.
