Best Car Buying Experience Ever So, we just walked in off the street to test drive a Subaru. Our neighbors have one. Actually, we know a lot of people with Subaru's, but we had never test driven one. We met Joe Micoletti in the parking lot. He was knowledgeable and believable from the get-go. He showed us a base model Subaru Forester. We loved it but I wanted "all the bells and whistles". I feel like he heard us but he didn't try to sell us more than we wanted. We ended up purchasing a new 2018 Forester Premium. I absolutely love it. Joe has called us 3-4 times to check in with us to make sure we were happy. I then received an email from Darla Muckley who offered a $50 gas card if she could show us all the technology in our car. I was there a week ago. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and was so personable. We couldn't be happier. More
