We understand the frustration of being without your new vehicle, and we’re not sure why a loaner wasn’t initially offered. Our records indicate the vehicle was being dropped off by a 17-year-old, and because rental and loaner policies prohibit drivers under 18, that likely played a part in the misunderstanding. We also show that our service team left multiple voicemail updates throughout the repair process to keep you informed, but we recognize that communication can always be improved. We’ll continue working to make our updates clearer and more consistent moving forward. We genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue.

Today I went to get back the Trailblazer after exactly 4 weeks getting fixed. I haven’t even had it for 3 hours and when I turned on the AC it makes a really loud noise that sounds like a hiss, and it doesn’t let out cold air. I have already had many issues and since I bought the car, and I haven’t been able to use it, it has just been sitting waiting to get fixed. I spent a lot of money on the car and I don’t think the dealership is working right. Buying a new car shouldn’t be an inconvenience like this. I have to wait until Monday to take it back to them because their service section is closed on weekends.
