I had already gave a good rate to this dealer before I had found out what the department of finances has done. I just saw a charged in my account of $441.00 from ACH AutoPayPlus because the dealer signed had found out what the department of finances has done. I just saw a charged in my account of $441.00 from ACH AutoPayPlus because the dealer signed me up with this company to make my payments through them. And they charge that amount for enrolling with them. I had not agree to this. I have always made my payments directly through hmfusa.com account directly. I have to now call this Scam company to cancel whichever membership the dealer signed me up for. Not to mention that I was just reading that they don't refund that enrollment fee! I feel so violated and desrispected! More

Blake Perry was a tremendous help with selecting my newest car; unfortunately, he is not listed in the ratings below or I would have given him 5 stars. I was finally quoted a % that I hesitantly agreed upon and then when it came to signing the papers - more than halfway thru I had to ask what the % was on the paperwork and it showed higher than what I agreed too. At this point - already 4 hours in I finished the last signature, but was not happy that I was blindsided with no explanation. This was my 3rd time buying from this dealership and my last time. I will not deal with people who pull a fast one on you at the very last minute. More
