Sales people were patient, professional, engaging, and listened to what we wanted. Only downside - Be prepped for the finance folks to flex trying to sell you extra warranties. Then theyll give you analogies that don't hold up to make you feel dumb for not buying it. Then theyll try a couple more times to convince you the brand new car they're selling will crumble into a melted pile of rubber,metal, and wire in 5 years and 1 day(which is when the warranty kicks in). Perhaps if they take me at my word the first time when i agree to buy they should take me at my word when i decline the warranty the first time. More
