When I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted immediately. My car was there a long time. When it was supposed to be ready, I was told that another part was needed. I wanted the repair of whatever required the extra part to be cancelled but was told it couldn't be since they'd started it. The new part took a very long time to come in. My phone calls to Tyler were not always returned which frustrated me. When I did talk to him he was pleasant. When I finally talked to the dept. manager, Danny, I felt that everything moved more smoothly. Danny returns calls! More
