I had been through a bad experience with another dealer that had pushed me to buy a car that I was not happy with. I came to Certified Benz and Beemer to see if I could trade it in. They found a great car for me and offered me a great deal. I now have a better car, a better value, and I came away feeling so much better about the whole thing. For this reason, I gave them a perfect rating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone because that are truly concerned with taking care of their customers. I have already told my friends. More

I usually trust car salesmen as much as I trust communists or fellas that drink wine but Danny was a knowledgeable gent that put me at ease. From the firm handshake at first meeting to his coaching communists or fellas that drink wine but Danny was a knowledgeable gent that put me at ease. From the firm handshake at first meeting to his coaching throughout the process I felt like Danny was my North star. Before my experience with the Danny, I thought that buying a new car would be as enjoyable as enduring a kick in my bean pouch from a wild bucking bronco. But Danny alleviated all fears. If he wasn't a committed and loving family man, I'd try to pair him up with my daughter Geradline, who was runner up fair queen 2 years in a row. God bless America, and God bless Danny. More

We stopped in at Benz & Beemer to view a car that was advertised on the internet for possible purchase. The car was off the lot receiving some minor repairs. We were very interested in the car and were advertised on the internet for possible purchase. The car was off the lot receiving some minor repairs. We were very interested in the car and were time limited, therefore our sales consultant, Danny Quintana, worked with the sales manager, Normand Neal to allow us to be driven to the off site location. This allowed us to review the car in detail and resulted in a decision to purchase the car. Danny brought us back to the dealership and arranged everything to our satisfaction. He was up front and honest and worked to get us the very best deal possible. While the paperwork was being processed, Normand checked with us to assure that we were satisfied, and had us introduced to the service advisor, Stacy Moore. In a very short while, Chris Barone was ready with our paperwork and financing. He reviewed the documents with us and advised us on potential options and made excellent recommendations that made us feel that he was on our side. We have never been treated better at any other dealer. This is a first rate dealer that puts customers first and guarantees satisfaction. Everyone at the dearler was genuine and expressed sincere concern over our wellfare. We will definately bring our car there for regular check-ups and maintenance. We can't say enough about how good were were treated by Benz & Beemer, and especilly Danny Quintana. He went beyond normal customer service to assure all our needs were met. We trust Benz & Beemer to always have our best interest in mind, and definately recommend them for all your needs. More
