I was highly recommended to Danny by Scott in service and told him I would come to him when time to purchase. Well the time to purchase came a lot sooner then expected, BUT I was delighted to be able to wor told him I would come to him when time to purchase. They had it here in a reasonable amount of time as promised. Even after purchase they are making sure that any little dings and nicks it had are getting repaired. Certified BB had a used truck in their inventory that our family was interested in so we went down and took a look, and a test drive a few days later. Upon arriving at the dealership I met Danny. Danny was friendly, professional, and really knew what he was talking about in every aspect of the transaction. He took care of every little detail and concern I expressed. This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Danny. Danny always treats us fairly and goes out of his way to help us. If you are like me, you have bought a bunch of cars from different dealers over the years. The sales persons are generally friendly, somewhat knowledgeable and eager to gain your business. However, once you leave the lot with your purchase, they don’t really want to see you again. They have moved on to the next customers. In my experience with Certified Benz and Beemer, that’s not what happened and I could not be happier about it. Daniel Quintana was my salesman. When I bought a used Porsche, the prior owner only brought in one of the two keys. These keys are pretty expensive, so I was disappointed that I would need to buy another as back up. I mentioned it to Danny, and he recalled that the owner thought he still had the other key. Danny promised to track it down. I thought, sure you will. Once I drive off, I will never hear from you again. That’s not what happened, and I could not be more impressed. Danny called me a week later and indicated he had spoken to the prior owner. Danny promised to stay on it and even suggested he would drop by the owner’s house to collect the key. Another week went by, and Danny leaves me a voice mail, indicating that the owner was out of town, but he was still on it. The next week, another voice mail, Danny has the key. I drop by Certified Benz and Beemer, pick up the Key and away I go. Here is a guy that is still on my team three weeks after the sale. I expected less than I got, and I could not be more impressed with Daniel Quintana and Certified Benz and Beemer. The car is great and my sales experience exceeded expectations because of what happened after the sale. It’s the little things that make such as difference, and Danny delivered just like he promised. More
