To say that I was not looking forward to the prospect of buying a new car, and the unwanted sales pressure, would be an understatement. Unfortunately, my prior experiences with car purchases were similar to getting a root cannel. I’m extremely pleased to share that the numerous negative experiences I have had in the past when looking to purchase a car were nowhere to be found with your company. I am one hundred percent certain our experience was so positive due in large part to the easy going, approachable and humorous Danny Quintana. The best compliment I can give Danny is in our actions after first meeting him. We were introduced to Danny by Chris Reyes, who should be commended for really knowing his team. This was only our first day of looking at cars and had decided to visit numerous dealerships to insure we were diligent. After spending an hour or so with Danny looking at cars we both knew this was the guy we wanted to deal with. To make a long story short, we told Danny the four or five cars we wanted to test drive and we would be back the next evening. By the end of that evening we were driving off the lot in our new 2013, BMW 5 series and could not stop talking about how comfortable and easy going the whole experience was. There is no doubt in my mind the reason we came back and bought a car on only our second day of looking was because of Danny Quintana. As I told Danny, he now has a customer for life. Danny received my phone call and we set an appointment for me to come view the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the facility was. Three stories of amazing cars and truck with a new store opening across the street that looks as nice as their current store. Danny was right on time and gave me the attention I was looking for. This is a beautiful store with great customer service, great products, and a state of the art service department. I know when I need to get any service work done I will be taking my new car to Certified Benz & Beemer. I suggest if you are looking for a great vehicle, at a great price, at a locally family owned dealership then you need to get to Certified. I guarantee that they are the best in the valley. Our salesman, Daniel Quintana, gave us the best car buyer experience we have ever had. And since we have bought 9 cars previous to this one, I believe that is a lot of previous car salesman experiences to co experience we have ever had. And since we have bought 9 cars previous to this one, I believe that is a lot of previous car salesman experiences to compare with. Daniel not only made every step of our car buying process so easy, but he sincerely went far and beyond caring about getting us a good deal and making sure we were happy with our choice. He even showed a genuine concern regarding my apprehension when I pointed out a few minor flaws on the exterior of the car. He immediately put me at ease when he said he would personally make sure the car would be detailed and touched up. The work that was done turned out beautifully and once again Daniel made sure I was happy. I have to add that my favorite Daniel quote was "If you are happy, then that makes me happy". I applaud this dealership for having someone like Daniel, because he certianly brings a wonderful, sincere and friendly image to their company. We now will be customers for life as long as we can have Daniel by our side each time we buy a car in the future. More

I came to see a Porsche Boxster. Within a few minutes I was behind the wheel and Danny and I were going for a test drive. The car was a blast! It was a sunny warm day and we had the top down. The test drive put a smile on my face! Danny was super, he got me top dollar for my trade in, an Audi TT Quattro. They reduced the price of the Porsche and I got a smoking rate on my financing!
