I feel out of all the dealerships we visited, Honda Universe was the the only one who strived to make us happy and make sure we drove home in the car we absolutely loved!! Causeway Honda treated us like we were stupid., trying to sell us a van with a bent frame and then after that they tried switching the vehicle we were signing for with a lower end model. At least at Honda Universe I am confident in the purchase and feel they will continue to ensure our happiness with our vehicle! Integrity is an important and rare quality in forging a relationship with a car dealership!!! More
