My mom was all set to buy. On first visit we asked that car be serviced for a minor ussue prior to pick up. I was promised and called to check day before. Day of pick up. Problem still there and 2 different answeres after run around. And it was covered under warranty. Sales said part ordered and manager said problem could not be repeated for dealer. Them computer said 800 miles till service and wen i questioned they reset the computer and wiped the code. Wtf. Hey, maybe that was an important code! Guess we never jnow. And. Now we need to wait for deposit check that they wont mail. Need to pick it up! Guess i pick that up on a saturday mid day and hope no one overhears my disappointment! More

Overall purchase experience was pleasant and not a high-pressure environment. I felt welcome and well treated even though it took me two visits to decide on the vehicle I wanted, the day of my purcha high-pressure environment.
