He was knowledgeable and did not try to strong arm us. He explained what was available and along with Danny, in management, made us a great deal. We took a few days to test drive other cars. None came close to the driving experience of the RDX so we called Julian and gave him a deposit. We picked up our car today. Julian was patient and went above and beyond in getting us "ready" to drive out the door. He is a true gentleman and gives "car salesmen" a good name.. now that's a first! More

I was walking out of The hardware store in New Rochelle and spotted a man in an Acura Polo. I asked him if there was a dealership around, and told him my situation. His friendliness off the lot was a sure sign to me that this man knows what customer service means. Danny Giannotti, a sales manager at Acura of Westchester, gave me his card and told me to call so he could set me up with the service appointment; again above and beyond because he did not have to get involved in my service appointment. But I called and he linked me to Shannon Lemon, and she seamlessly continued this friendly and accommodating experience. They provided me with a loaner and a VIP discount on the visit, both of which I did not really deserve. But first class service seems to be the name of the game here. Knowledgeable Individuals providing excellent customer care can only be provided by those who take pride in their jobs. Respecting the customer as a guest in your house is a trait not all people in the service industry can grasp, but these two got it down pat. Oh, and my car was also taken good care of as well! Both were very knowledgable on all Acuras and werent pushy at all. Pushiness always annoys me about dealerships. They dont try to take advantage or mislead you. Jon and Daniel gave me the facts and let me decide on my car. I ended up buying the 2013 Acura TL with big help from the used sales manager Danny Giannotti. He offered me an excellent finance rate and great price on the car. I would absolutely shop here again and have already recommended Acura Of Westchester to my family, friends and coworkers. More
