The truck purchase was enjoyable the sales people were able to listen to what we wanted as a family and did help us find a truck that fit our needs. The truck was an "inspected truck" so came with a 30d able to listen to what we wanted as a family and did help us find a truck that fit our needs. The truck was an "inspected truck" so came with a 30day warranty. So when the check engine light came on in the 3 hour drive home, we were a bit disappointed and afraid we been duped. So we waited a few days to see if there were other issues that came up. When we called their auto repair shop Amber told us no issue and come on down we are happy to fix the issue. Dropped the truck off because it was under warranty we were given a loaner car for the two weeks it took to find and fix the issues. The only issue was they believed it to be fixed twice and had us drive down twice to find out it was not done and the check engine light was still on. The drive for us was 3 hours each way 6 hour total, We feel that could of been avoided. But all that to the side we did get the truck back fixed and all issue were covered via warranty. We waited a few weeks before writing this to make sure all was fixed and no more issue to date. Over all they have more integrity then other car dealerships I been to and plan to use them again both for purchase and repair of my car / truck needs. More
