Great service From my first visit to the lot Ernie was attentive to my needs; however, he was not the typical pushy salemen which I appreciated. We didn't need to spend a lot of time at the dealership because the color car we were interested in was not on site; however Ernie & his team were able to locate the vehicle we desired & arrange for delivery within a day or so. All of our paperwork was in order; the entire process was smooth, pleasant and rather painless compared to my previous car buying experience. My husband and I didn't expect the attention we received from the emails, to the reminder texts, to the phone calls confirming our appointment we Will return again! My only complaint is your first oil change and tire rotation are NOT Complimentary when purchasing a new vehicle. More
