car accident I had a very bad car accident requiring road side towing back to my Mercedes service station. Upon arriving There I was so distraught and Danny calmed I had a very bad car accident requiring road side towing back to my Mercedes service station. Upon arriving There I was so distraught and Danny calmed me down and took care of everything. Including walking me through contacting my insurance company and helping me file a claim. (40 years of driving and I’ve never had an accident so was naive to the process). There were no loaner cars available during Mem Day weekend, so he even arranged the rent a car for me. He worked closely with the insurance adjuster getting the wisest choice of parts needed and the most money from the insurance company to make the repairs. He stayed in constant contact with me during the 3 weeks my car was being repaired updating me on the status of the repairs. I can’t say enough of his professionalism and caring. He is always available for me and I don’t know what I would do without him. An outstanding employee who deserves accolades. (Even a raise!)👍🏻 More
