Another job well done at Herb Chambers service Dept in Braintree. Marcelo is highly knowledgeable and is also extremely polite and friendly. Now Jay is the epitome of all those qualities and makes a customer feel welcome and appreciated. Jay will take the time to ask you about you and your family and what your plans are for the weekend etc. I wouldn’t bother writing this little dissertation, but feel that they deserve a little Cudos for the extra care they give you! I have a recall and The TSB bulletin I pulled from the National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . I called ford manufacturer and they told me that they are not suppose National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . Also on top of this they made me a appointment on a Thursday to come in for a Monday for 9am so when I got there I was there for about 30 mins then they tell me that they refuse to work on my car and fix the Tsb bulletin for my truck. First time going to this place . More
