South Dade Kia was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had! The manager was uncompromising and communication from the salesman was terrible . I spent unnecessary time (hours) at the dealership I have ever had! The manager was uncompromising and communication from the salesman was terrible . I spent unnecessary time (hours) at the dealership due to poor communication from salesman and staff. I was told a specific time to be at the dealership on the day of purchase to expedite the final details. However after I was enroute, the salesman messaged me requesting me to wait to later time that did not my schedule. Then, after I purchased the car and was ready to drive off, I noticed there were no floor mats in the vehicle. When I asked the manager, he rudely stated "where's your salesman". I asked the salesman and he told me that I had to leave a 5 star review of the dealership in order to receive floor mats. I informed him I would leave an honest review about my experience, ehixh was not going to be 5 stars. He stated I couldn't get floor mats without a 5 star review, which was ludicrous. Eventually he spoke to someone else, and came back with generic floor mats that were too big for the driver's side. I would caution anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
