Service was excellent as always but the price of the oil change has triple. The costs may be out of your control but not out of mine. I will start changing my own oil and doing my own maintenance from here change has triple. The costs may be out of your control but not out of mine. We took our truck in for timing issues. And not only did we have to wait a week to get an appointment. We didn't get our truck back for 2 weeks. And when we did. They busted the radiator. Which is costing we have to wait a week to get an appointment. We didn't get our truck back for 2 weeks. And when we did. They busted the radiator. Which is costing us more money to replace. And messy up the air conditioner. Which they fixed that. But not the radiator. Which was not broke or leaked when we took it in. After a 3300.00 bill I believe this was not right. More

Needed new tires, the heated/cooled seats stopped working and the check engine light was on. They gave me new tires and found what was wrong with the seats and engine. They gave me an estimate, ordered the p and the check engine light was on. They gave me new tires and found what was wrong with the seats and engine. They were short handed that day, but still were able to put the tires on and find out what my other issues were. More

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! The service department is very rude to the customers. They will not do the work on your vehicle because the management will not make them. Very disappointed in department is very rude to the customers. They will not do the work on your vehicle because the management will not make them. It was a 2021 that needed a 110 volt plug that needed the work. When I first went in to the service department, I told them that I had brought the truck in. They didn’t know it was coming in. Then they found work. When I first went in to the service department, I told them that I had brought the truck in. They didn’t know it was coming in. Then they found it had been scheduled, on the log that was on the desk where the first person I Talked with. I ask for a car to go to the coffee shop. The answer was no. They could not give everyone who came in a vehicle to drive. This is a 2021 Ford Larat. Under Ford warranty. My daughter has purchased 3 new vehicles at Westown a Mustang, a Ford Fusion, and a four door keep, and while they were under warranty They gave her something to drive. Anyway I asked the Manager that was the second person I talked to he said he was the Manager. He also would not loan Vehicle either. I told him that BS and them both I would go home and get my own car & be back. So I did. When I got, back. The guy who said he was the manager wasn’t going to work on it. Because he said I had cussed them out 5 times, maybe 6.he got his friend at the first desk to agree with him.. “That is an out right lie that I cussed anyone.” Then another Mgr. showed up told the first one he would handle it, He was very polite an agreed to work on the truck. I left and went to the coffee shop. About 15 minutes later he call me & said he thought the electric plug had a spring behind it. And he was going to get on a schematic and check it out it was about five minutes later, my son called me and told me to go get the truck. He said the manager called and said they wasn’t going to work on it, & implied that I had all timers, & ask him if I had all timers. So I went back to Westown Ford to get the truck. I went in the Front section and as a gentleman who the manager was he said he was the sales Manager, but didn’t have much to do with maintenance. He was very polite. The other manager came in the showroom, while I was talking to Kevin MacKenzie, but didn’t stop or speak. More
