Took my car in for a repair job. They were quick to get me in. Fairly knowledgeable about the problem. I was told they could locate the part. I bought my 2021 Bronco new through the dealer. I'm not impressed with the customer service. I never received a thank you, a pen or anything from the dealership. So many Bronco owners received cool gifts from their salesperson or from the dealership but I did not. Not even a free oil change! I've bought several new cars in the past from Chevrolet and always had amazing customer service. Including coming to my home and having the car delivered and signing the paperwork at my table. There's no privacy at Westown Ford! None! All open. They could do better for sure. More
