After the battery was replaced, which initially was the reason why the car was there in the first place, I called someone in service and asked them to do a regular check up of my vehicle as it had been sitting for over six months. I assumed that this service included oil change, checking fluids and tires,etc. I did not drive the vehicle home as I have a neck injury so I did not see the tire pressure light was on until a few days later.The PSI on all tires were between 29-30 when 36 is the required PSI. Was I mistaken in thinking that the tires should have been checked? More

The finance manager was professional and did well in explaining how the process was done and answered all questions satisfactorily. The only complaint I have is that I am an old man with poor eye sight and trying to read the documents off of a tablet was next to impossible. Maybe paperwork or a large computer screen would have worked much better. I look forward to doing business with Walser in the future. More

The technicians always seem happy to see me and even when I'm late, somehow, there's never a line for me to wait in. I drive up to the garage door, it immediately opens, and I drive in, every time. I don't understand how they do that, but I appreciate it because I'm always in a hurry. I also always bring Work with me so I don't waste any time but if it's over a couple hours they always give me a car and they are incredibly generous with when I return it. I love my car and the loaner reminds me how much I love my car, if you know what I mean, so I'm usually anxious to swap back, but sometimes I'm delayed by a day+ and they don't seem to mind at all. Although, I do think the loaner is a missed opportunity to introduce loyal customers (this is my 5th CX5 from them) to other models that they offer. in fact, when they took me to the loaner I was hoping it was a CX 30 or a CX 90 (not sure I have those numbers right) so I could see if I prefer them. That's my only complaint. More

They do a good job at providing communication with video diagnosis. Scheduling an appointment is easy and service advisors are knowledgeable and pleasant.
