Inasmuch as this is the third time dealing with Frankfort Toyota and the first with Sales Consultant David Burnside, I have to say that this has been yet another easy, pleasurable, professional, respectful a Toyota and the first with Sales Consultant David Burnside, I have to say that this has been yet another easy, pleasurable, professional, respectful and positive experience. Frankfort is an hour away from where I live but I went there only because the sales manager was the one who sold me almost every Toyota I've owned (now into about my 6th Toyota - and 5th Camry). Unfortunately, he has retired from FF Toyota but David Burnside, who I met for the first time with my most recent lease, was top-notch, professional, well versed, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will continue as long as I have Toyota automobiles to deal with these fine folks. The finance manager as well (Dana by name?) was most accommodating, friendly, above board and the DEAL that I was granted as a loyal, repeat customer made it even more worth the time and effort to lease a new automobile this time around. I simply cannot say enough good things about these fine folks and the incredible, dependable, well-built, well engineered vehicles that Toyotas are and have been. One of the best decisions I have ever made when I made the switch at least 6 cars ago now. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! More
