It was tricky to diagnose because it was sensor related and appeared to be repaired, but the crew insisted on a test drive to find out if more attention was needed. It was repaired completely and promptly. Thank you again everyone in Mazda service and especially John and Melissa! While we were there we ran through the numbers on our lease and considered several different options with Dan. We have time to consider our next steps and feel much more informed after Dan took so much time to make sure the options were extremely transparent. More

It has been a little over 10 years since I purchased a vehicle. I was unsure where to go or what to do. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, always making sure I was taken care of. Dan Stanitski was very informative and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured and he was always smiling. Mike Spencer was very professional and courteous. What I liked most about these two gentlemen was their 'Don't worry about it, we will take care of it!' attitude and each of them had a lot of patience. I didn't feel like I was taking up their time. It was a great experience and I will be back to see what the service department has to offer. I never thought buying a car was so easy, Thanks Dan & Mike! More
