Staff made us feel at home This was our first experience buying a Toyota. We were able to walk through the lot and into the main doors without being approached by a pushy sales This was our first experience buying a Toyota. We were able to walk through the lot and into the main doors without being approached by a pushy sales person. We were directed to Dan Murray who was polite and easy to talk to. We told him what we were looking for (4Runner) and he was able to help us right away. He did not try to sell us any other type of vehicle and was able to find us the best options. Even though we were able to find a used 4Runner, Dan let us know of a great deal on a new 2018 4Runner that was available. He froze his buns off defrosting the vehicle before the test drive. He explained the different options and deals between the two vehicles and gave us time to make our decision. At no time did Dan try to influence our decision, which made it a great experience. We decided on the new 4Runner and Dan began the paperwork. Our new vehicle was cleaned (which we thought it was clean before but they made it look extremely nice) and brought to us. Staff walked us through the options on the vehicle and synced our phone. We noticed a small scratch on the door, but Dan jumped on it right away to have it fixed. Even though it could not be repaired right away, they set up a time to have it repaired at a later date. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and would recommend to our family and friends to go to Toyota of Des Moines. More

Best overall experience ever I Worked with Dan, Chad, and miles. They were great. Dan helped me find exactly what I wanted including the color - black currant. Mr. Murray provided all the information I wanted about the features on 2018 vans (mine was a 2016 van) and also clearly provided information about cost, trade-in values, and incentives. We appreciated the time he took in driving us around to see the different vans in stock and the options. We felt the offer was fair and we decided to buy a new Sienna on that first visit. We appreciated the ability to complete forms at home online to speed up the delivery process. We were greatly appreciative of the training that Spencer provided on the new electronics package. We felt our needs were met and never felt pressured on anything. More
