McMullen Ford are deceiving piers I was told that they were going to pay off three thousand that I owed on my car. If it was more than that I would have to pay the difference. I was w I was told that they were going to pay off three thousand that I owed on my car. If it was more than that I would have to pay the difference. I was waiting for Bob to go over everything but that never happened instead Josh brought a paper in for me to sign so I signed it not realizing that Bob wrote up a totally different agreement. Instead of paying off my car they only gave me five hundred dollars on my car. Then I was told that Pete was going over the paperwork. I told them I banked with MetroCU Pete only told me the amount of taxes and license and said to pay two payments then refinance at a lower rate. It’s late I’m not feeling well so I signed it and went home. The next day looked over the paperwork and saw it was written up wrong I didn’t get three thousand for my car I only got five hundred dollars. I don’t know how many other people they verbally lie too but I told them I wanted my car back they wouldn’t let me have it they said I signed the paperwork I said they said they were paying three thousand to pay off my car. What was said was a lie because they keep telling me we did payoff your car we put it on your loan. I am so shook up about be lied to. More
