This is my 3rd purchase from Scranton and this one was not the best due to waiting on car pickup, lacks of information on financing for insurance prior to pick up and very poor car outside detailing. I drove the car for more than 6 months with a check engine light on. They finally scheduled the replacement, but called during it to say I needed other work totaling more than $1000. Due to previous experience with this service dept., I didn’t trust this information and will check with my mechanic. So the three stars are for Jonathan. He deserves more, but then you may not read my comments if you saw 5. More
