Pleasant buying experience When my husband and I arrived at your dealership, Essam Mostafa came up to us and asked if he could help us. We told him we were looking for a new CR When my husband and I arrived at your dealership, Essam Mostafa came up to us and asked if he could help us. We told him we were looking for a new CRV EX-L. He took us right to the car and asked if I wanted to take a test ride (as we were buying the car for me). He could not have been more pleasant and I enjoyed taking the test ride and he explained some of the features of this new SUV also. We got back and discussed just what features I wanted on the car. With that we got what the price was for the car I wanted so now the dealing began with looking at my trade in and what the final price would be for the car. Essam introduced us to Dan Jordy who worked on the price for our deal. He was very accommodating and we refused the first offer and after a short discussion he came back with a very good price that we agreed upon. So the next step was deciding on color of the car and Essam took my husband and me all over the lot in a golf cart to look at all the possible available colors. The color I ended up with was not on their lot with the features I wanted so they got it from another dealership in a couple days. When we came to pick the car up Essam had it all cleaned up and ready for me and then he went over all the necessary features and how they worked. He was so pleasant and helpful throughout the whole buying process and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a car from your dealership. More

He was genuinely accepting of however I wanted to approach the deal. I came in just to test drive and he didn't pressure me into talking numbers. His patience was very much appreciated. His knowledge of the Civic was 1st class. He even knew many of the secret tips that Civic enthusiasts share online. He was creative in working out a deal that made me the very happy owner (lesser) of a new car. The sales manager was jovial and sincere. I always hate the step of the process when you have to sit down with the finance person and try to fend off the up-selling (maintenance packages). While that still happened, the finance guy was at least funny, personable, and still managed to make the process a good experience. More
