The purchaser chose another car. Michael literally sprinted across the lot to take custody of the car so I could purchase it.... Dan was very frank and forthright in his dealings with us. I had a few items I needed fixed/modified on the new vehicle.. He dealt with them in a very efficient expeditious manner. We quickly agreed on what it would take to complete the transaction. I found both men to be very friendly, straightforward and professional. I will be purchasing more Honda's in the future and it will be from these gentlemen. More

Everything was uphill from there, never made it to Kia. 2 hours later I'm driving a new CRV home. It was late so they bought us a pizza. My wife is a tough negotiator, but she left with the car she wanted for what she wanted it for. Every person we encountered was smiling and jovial from the time we entered the parking lot. I was originally disappointed when they weren't able to locate the salesman I spoke with on the phone prior to me coming in to test drive. If you work with someone over the phone before coming in, remember who you spoke with, as that will save you alot of hassle. But, I was pleasantly suprised by working with Jerry, Dan, and Denise. The thing I was satisfied with the most was the fact that this is the first car buying experience I have ever had that wasn't stressful at all. Denise was alot to thank for that as I think when you get to finance is when the stress begins. I would recommend Jerry, Dan, and Denise from Brandon Honda. Excellent Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Service I had been shopping for a car for several weeks, and had been to almost every other dealer lot within the 10 square mile strip, this was the last one I had been shopping for a car for several weeks, and had been to almost every other dealer lot within the 10 square mile strip, this was the last one I went to, and I'm so glad I did. Surprisingly, refreshingly, simple process to purchase my pre-owned vehicle, compared to all the other dealers I went to. I told Ajay what my requirements were: make/model of the cars I had in mind, the price limit for my budget, the APR rate I wanted, the monthly payment cap for my budget, and model year/mileage I was willing to consider. He immediately pulled the inventory list and found three cars that matched my criteria, showed them to me, and I left that night in my "new" car. Ajay was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted, and sold me what I wanted, with no pressure to look at anything else. His manager Dan was also very helpful in finding the inventory to match. And I was in and out in under 2 hours, no wasting time haggling with salesmen, no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do, extremely pleasant experience, far better than what I expected after visiting the other lots. Fair experience, could be better I was very excited with the sales experience initially when I purchased my car, but felt that after I purchased it I didn't feel I got the customer se I was very excited with the sales experience initially when I purchased my car, but felt that after I purchased it I didn't feel I got the customer service support that I expected. It took me numerous emails, phone calls, and a personal visit to finally get an issue with the dealer installed options resolved. Be honest, I feel that the dealer installed options were unnecessary and very expensive. There was $1700 of options installed on my car that I did not have a choice to take off. Their answer was that ALL the new vehicles have them installed, and I don't think that is fair to the buyer. I would probably not purchase there again because of that, plus the customer service post-sale was not as I expected. More
