Working with Schaumburg Audi and Dan Spero, our sales rep, was the best experience relative to the other dealers we visited. Even though we had our first test drive last summer, we found Dan to be very patient and consistent to deal with no matter how often we visited and what questions we asked. He did not pressure us like some of the other dealers and we were able to research the vehicle we wanted and gather information from the internet to be comfortable that we were able to negotiate a very fair deal. When it came time to go through the purchase we were able to complete the transaction and felt like we were treated with respect through out the entire process. Today's cars have so much more technology that we were also pleased Dan spent time going over all of the features of the car without rushing us.
