I spoke with Dan who was extraordinarily helpful on both issues - the reimbursement and helping me find a suitable spare on short notice before my vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I was late for my scheduled service, but they fit me in. Unfortunately in the rush my tire pressures were not adjusted, but I can do that.
