I recently ordered a 2024 Full size Range Rover and Dan made sure of the delivery timing and updates on delivery dates. It arrived in Febuary and Dan did a great job getting it inspected and getting the payment process done in a expeditious manner. Bill was my advisor. The only thing that I didn’t like about the experience was the gentlemen that was doing the review of my car he said one thing and when I began to as The only thing that I didn’t like about the experience was the gentlemen that was doing the review of my car he said one thing and when I began to ask questions Bill advised he would discuss other concerns at this desk. Came in with less than 23000 miles on my car and got an estimate of $3700. Then the comment of this is a luxury car expensive to maintain was very condescending and it’s makes an assumption that I was not use to luxury when in fact is not the case. I don’t know what my next car is but when I can’t trust after I buy the car that I would be treated fairly and with respect it won’t be your establishment.
