I inquired about the Mazda MX-5 Miata 100th Anniversary on 12/31/20. Dan Berning reached out via email on the same day. I received multiple quotes, phone calls, even a personalized video message from other on 12/31/20. Dan Berning reached out via email on the same day. I received multiple quotes, phone calls, even a personalized video message from others. The email only approach was welcoming. I replied saying I'd reach out again in January. Dan was patient throughout the whole process. When I was ready, I went to the dealership, signed the purchase order, and was out in 30 minutes. I scheduled to pick up the car at a later date. The whole car buying process was seamless. When it's time to replace my Mazda 3, I'll likely reach out again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda to reach out to Dan Berling at Culver City Mazda. More
