He listened to what I needed, kept the numbers fair, and went the extra mile—literally—to bring in a truck from another location so I could see it in person. When the truck arrived, Wade was upfront and transparent. He pulled up all the records right on his phone, showed me everything about the truck, and immediately let us take it for a test drive. There was no pressure and no hidden surprises—just honesty and great service. During the whole process, both Wade and Dan were fantastic. They treated me with patience and respect, unlike other dealerships that turned me away for my credit situation. They worked closely with finance to get me into a comfortable monthly payment and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I see the billboards, but have never paid much attention to them until now...They are now taking on a whol see 3 billboards for Berkenkotter Motors.
