I have been buying from Mercedes Benz of Princeton since I was 20 years old. I am 37 now. Yes, the product speaks for itself however it is the employees from the car washer all the way to the owner who even remembers my name when he sees me. I feel like family when I walk in there and always feel like I'm the only customer there. It is this customer service that distinguishes "the men from the boys". Moving on to my salesman Dale Cook, words cannot express how happy I am to have him as my salesman. Dale goes above and beyond any call of duty. He picks up the car at my home or work whenever I need to have it serviced. He comes in on his days off to accomodate my schedule to make sure I am satisfied. He handles all my service visits and loaner cars even though it is not his responsibility. On my last visit just last week, he came in on his day off right after surgery therapy! What more can you ask? Lastly and most of all, he knows what I want and its never a question that I leave Mercedes Benz of Princeton like a kid who just went crazy in a candy store. Dale has become part of my family as I am part of the Mercedes Benz of Princeton family. Thank you all for making buying a car like a walk in the park. Within a day, Dale had provided me with some options while I dealt with my insurance company. Few days later I stepped in the MB Princeton dealership, I felt at home. Dale’s professionalism and in-depth knowledge in all MB features and options was a plus. He fully understood my needs and budget quickly presented a few options, helped me narrow which features where critical, and which I should strongly consider, then gave me the time to think about it. After a test drive, price became second nature since Dale and Gary discussed my situation and realized I will continue to go back to MB Princeton for repeat business.
