As a first time Princeton customer, I took a risk on working with a new customer/sales representative and I am a really happy that my risk was rewarded!!! Dale Cook made my experience remarkably satisfying by being respectful of my time, situation and personal interests. I would highly recommend Dale to a friend, family member or colleague. He took the time to explain all the features to us and once we purchased our Mercedes he programmed the GPS and bluetooth for us. Dale's boss, Gary, was also very personal as was the General Manager, Tom Knobloch Jr. Everyone at the dealership was so professional and friendly. It really was a very pleasant experience. We were so happy with the service that we have asked them to look for a car for me now that my husband has his dream car! More

Princeton Meredes Benz was the only dealership I researched because I had dealt with them years ago and for it's location to the area where I work. I came in knowing the car I wanted to buy and Dale researched because I had dealt with them years ago and for it's location to the area where I work. I came in knowing the car I wanted to buy and Dale took me right to it. I felt he was sincere and answered my questions with confidence. The car was ready the next day and picking it up was also a smooth process. So far, so good! More

My husband and I were fortunate to meet Dale Cook several Mercedes’ leases ago at the Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. At the time we met Dale, although we had leased one Mercedes (from a different dealer) p Mercedes’ leases ago at the Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. At the time we met Dale, although we had leased one Mercedes (from a different dealer) prior to that, we were vacillating between another BMW, our go to favorite car. It was Dale’s passion about the product he is selling, his sincerity and professionalism that convinced us. And, we’ve been leasing Mercedes ever since! Dale is patient, knowledgeable and truly caring about his client’s comfort level. He takes as much time as you need in making your decision, from the model to the leasing agreement down to the color that suits you best. No matter what it is, he cares and wants the right fit for you. And, equally as important, he is available to you, after you’ve made your purchase. Dale’s top level of service is unmatched to any previous high end automobile sales associates my husband and I have experienced. And, we look forward to purchasing many more Mercedes from him. R. Buying a Mercedes or for that matter even inquiring about one was not what I expected! This dealership is wonderful! Dale Cook was amazing! When we took delivery of our car Dale said we were now "family" and one was not what I expected! This dealership is wonderful! Dale Cook was amazing! I have been buying from Mercedes Benz of Princeton since I was 20 years old. I am 37 now. Needless to say I have purchased over 13 cars from MB Princeton in that time period and only drive Mercedes Benz. I was 20 years old. I am 37 now. Needless to say I have purchased over 13 cars from MB Princeton in that time period and only drive Mercedes Benz. At one point I had 3 Mercedes at one time. Yes, the product speaks for itself however it is the employees from the car washer all the way to the owner who even remembers my name when he sees me. I feel like family when I walk in there and always feel like I'm the only customer there. It is this customer service that distinguishes "the men from the boys". Moving on to my salesman Dale Cook, words cannot express how happy I am to have him as my salesman. Dale goes above and beyond any call of duty. He picks up the car at my home or work whenever I need to have it serviced. He comes in on his days off to accomodate my schedule to make sure I am satisfied. He handles all my service visits and loaner cars even though it is not his responsibility. On my last visit just last week, he came in on his day off right after surgery therapy! What more can you ask? Lastly and most of all, he knows what I want and its never a question that I leave Mercedes Benz of Princeton like a kid who just went crazy in a candy store. Dale has become part of my family as I am part of the Mercedes Benz of Princeton family. Thank you all for making buying a car like a walk in the park. Thank You Tom Knobloch for always being there and keeping your staff happy and motivated to provide the level of service which your organization does! More
