The communication and background work done by Dakota was outstanding. She made the entire process comfortable and smooth and worked to get us what we wanted/needed and in our budget. There wasn't any of the outstanding. She made the entire process comfortable and smooth and worked to get us what we wanted/needed and in our budget. There wasn't any of the dealership games where they haggle or have 5 different managers and finance people try to be pushy to sell. We only worked with Dakota and the manager let her take care of us and everything. After the purchase, the paperwork completion was friendly, smooth and efficient as well! More
