I was very pleasantly surprised at my car shopping experience at Mike Rezzi Nissan. First of all the dealership is new, clean, open and very nice overall. They had a large inventory and when I decided to shop for a higher trim level there were plenty of vehicles to choose from AND the structure of the deal was the same. The finance department had a very pleasant representative that did my paperwork effortlessly and although he did offer the options of extended warranty etc. he was not in any way pushy. The process was quick and easy. Finally a word about Chris Alfonsi, my sales rep. He is an articulate and well informed young man who was very helpful in making sure that I got the product that I wanted. He knows his inventory and the intricacies of the different vehicles. Quick to answer my questions and readily available when I needed some help after the sale. This was one of if not the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
