On 7/23/25 Kia customer care said the dealership with reimburse me for repair per the district manager. Been waiting since then for refund. David spoke to me once said he'll get back to me a couple days reimburse me for repair per the district manager. Been waiting since then for refund. David spoke to me once said he'll get back to me a couple days later. Now it's been over 2 weeks. No resolution. Still hoping to get this resolved. As I am a loyal Kia customer, this will definitely impact my decision on buying my next vehicle. More
