Hello! I'm Cynthia. I was born and raised in the Southeast Texas town of Port Arthur; home of Jimmy Johnson(for the sports fans) and Janis Joplin(for classic rock fans) where I studied cosmetology. After starting a family and moving to Enid, I worked in the medical field and later co-owned and operated the restaurant "On the Sidewalk" in downtown Enid. I moved to OKC in 2011 to find a career. I started working in the Oilfield Chemical Industry as a Lab Technician and later transitioned into a Dangerous Goods Shipping Specialist. I enjoyed working in the oilfield but something was missing. I missed working with customers. In February, 2021, I decided to change my career path and start a new career with Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. This dealership has integrity and values their customers. I absolutely love working with people and giving them the BEST customer experience possible. Won’t ever purchase a volvo from anywhere else. This place makes you forget you are at a dealership. This is actually my second car purchased from OKC Volvo. My adviser,JennaPowell and Jerry Scott sales manager, were both knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me in picking out the right model to fit my need My adviser,JennaPowell and Jerry Scott sales manager, were both knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me in picking out the right model to fit my needs.Once the model was chosen Jerry was great at helping me decide on options,color,etc. Picking my car up was so exciting and Cynthia and Jerry made it a very special moment.(Cynthia was covering for Jenna who was out secondary to surgery)complete with red cover and big,white bow!Then Cynthia spent a LOT of time with me setting up all the apps,syncing my phone,and trying to explain how this very smart car worked.She knows her stuff and was really patient with me.I am not a techie person and she really did a great job of explaining the ins & outs of the car.I had to bug her the next day because of an issue and she walked me through the solution.So,Volvo OKC,you get high marks from me! I will also add that the service department has always been great at taking care of my previous vehicle.Kristine & Micheal are both terrific. More

I had inquired over the internet about the Volvo XC90 T8 Recharge. I was contacted by the OKC Volvo Dealer and set an appointment to visit the dealership. I was advised that when I arrived to ask for Cynthi Recharge. I was contacted by the OKC Volvo Dealer and set an appointment to visit the dealership. I was advised that when I arrived to ask for Cynthia Decker. Cynthia was extremely informative and had us test drive a new vehicle. She was very well organized and I rate her as the top new car sales associate that I have ever worked with. We bought the vehicle that we test drove within the next 24 hours and everything went very smooth. I would recommend Cynthia and Volvo as the place to buy a new car. Could not have been easier for my wife and I and we are very happy with our purchase. We are not newcomers to the new car buying process and will definitely be back and will recommend to others that they go to Volvo and ask for Cynthia. More
