After receiving a repair estimate for over $3000, which included $1100 for new tires and $1050 or brakes, I made arrangements at a much cheaper auto shop because your staff refused to address my original issue until I made these purchases. Later that evening the service manager, Curtis Ford, refused to return my vehicle citing that it was unsafe and because all of the mechanics had left for the day, even though the service center was still open. I then demanded the return of my vehicle and asked if the vehicle was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off. Mr. Ford refused to answer. Curtis then tried to force me to sign a disclaimer stating that the vehicle was unfit to be driven as a condition to take it home. Mind you, my car is registered in the state of New York and another Ford dealership had inspected the tires and brakes 3 months prior so that I could receive a New York inspection sticker, which states that my vehicle is safe for travel. After refusing to sign the disclaimer because Curtis would not guarantee that my vehicle was being returned in the same condition that it was when it was dropped off, I decided to call the police. I waited in the repair area for over an hour before a captain arrived and secured my keys. This is a criminal offense in the state of Maryland. 2010 Maryland Code CRIMINAL LAW TITLE 7 - THEFT AND RELATED CRIMES Subtitle 2 - Unlawful Use of Goods Section 7-202 - Misappropriation by bailee. § 7-202. Misappropriation by bailee. (a) Prohibited.- A bailee for hire, or a servant, agent, or employee of the bailee, may not willfully appropriate and use, or allow the appropriation and use of, any property that is the subject matter of the bailment without the consent of the owner of that property. (b) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $100 or both. More

He and all Apple Ford Service and Sales always do everything possible to keep customers happy and coming back. They exclusively service all three of our Ford vehicles and we plan to continue to buy all future Fords from Apple. It is a very large dealership but it is personal and friendly like family whenever we are there. When he sees us, Chip, the owner, always comes over and personally greets us. These two gentleman as well as Wanda and Curtis took care of my situation with my lemon and assisted Ford in replacing my Raptor. This took place in 2 WEEKS!!!! Chip was very professional and Scott was spot on with customer service. On the last review I was totally upset and disgusted with this whole ordeal. This time Apple's staff made everything perfect. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You guys put a smile back on my face after this horrible experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Curtis Ford's customer service was great. I bought a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck at Apple Ford a few different times and Curtis was able to hear the problem. He was not able to schedule a tech to work on it that day, but we scheduled an appt. for the next day. I took my truck in the next morning and they replaced the speakers and so far it sounds great. If you ever have any service issues I would recommend getting in touch with Curtis. He is man of his word. Thanks Curtis! More

Dropped off my car early this morning (March 20th, 2014) for a warning light associated with the power-train of my 2006 Ford Explorer. A few hours after I dropped off the car I realized I had left cash and my checkbook in the center cup-holder/console of my car. I returned to Apple Ford to collect the money and check book and both items were where I had left them. Extraordinary!! On a Saturday morning in January, I waited in line for over 45 minutes. When I reached the service area and talked to the attendant, I realized that the information that was given to me over the telephon over 45 minutes. When I reached the service area and talked to the attendant, I realized that the information that was given to me over the telephone (about how to get my car serviced based on my problem) was incorrect. The attendant stated that I would be unable to get assistance that day. I probably looked distraught and Curtis Ford came over. He asked my problem, intently listened and provide several alternatives for my problem. It worked out well and I would have to say that it was due to Curtis' commitment to customer service and he wanted to help solve my problem. He is awesome. More

I visited Apple Ford Columbia for the first time when my car's Check Engine light came on during my commute to work. I was wary of going to a dealer, especially without an appointment, but was afraid to dri car's Check Engine light came on during my commute to work. I was wary of going to a dealer, especially without an appointment, but was afraid to drive too far without getting service. This dealer was very close to my workplace. I pulled up to the service center and was greeted quickly. I explained what happened and that I did not have an appointment. The service staff was extremely receptive and after checking with other service personnel, they said they could fit my car in for a diagnostic that day. They were upfront with their prices and said they would call before doing any work on my car. They let me know there was a shuttle available if I needed to get to my place of work (which was nearby). I had a ride waiting, but thanked them. Later that day I received a call explaining what would need to be done. The work was estimated to take a few days (this was late Thursday afternoon). Over the weekend I received a call and was informed my car was finished (early). The mechanic had come in over the weekend to finish the repairs early. I picked the car up on Saturday and was surprised my car was even washed! I was very impressed with the service and all of the staff with whom I dealt. I would definitely recommend this dealer/service center to others. More
