What started out as a great experience with an amazing sales rep quickly turned south. Matt tries his hardest to please the customer but the lack of communication and support for the remainder of the staf sales rep quickly turned south. Matt tries his hardest to please the customer but the lack of communication and support for the remainder of the staff leaves cracks unfilled and confusion all around. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly given expectations, promises, and timelines that were never met. Communication was poor, and every time I was told something would be done by a certain date, it either did not happen or I was left chasing updates myself. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability from management. The general manager showed absolutely no interest in making the situation right or even attempting to resolve the ongoing issues. Instead of taking customer concerns seriously, it felt like I was being dismissed the entire time. The most unprofessional part of this experience came from the service manager, she openly mocked me and made fun of me, not realizing that both my boyfriend and I could hear her. Hearing employees speak about customers that way was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in any professional setting. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on the way customers are treated once problems arise. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and far below the level of professionalism I expected. To top it all off, even after the final visit, I was told my car was 100% complete (3rd times a charm), I had to go out of my way to get a sticker, an alignment and balance the new tires that were put on after a long battle. They are always professional and courteous as well as trying to be an accommodating to my schedule. They are friendly and patient when you deal with them JUDE is my go to Guy. He has helped me out quite a few times over the years put anyone else that has helped me has been very kind and courteous and I as well as trying to be an accommodating to my schedule. He has helped me out quite a few times over the years howeveranyone else that has helped me has been very kind and courteous and I would recommend this dealership to everyone and I have several times I have also used the parts department for my 09 Nissan Altima and my 2020 Nissan Nissan Altima for things that I can fix myself and I have found that the courtesy and professionalism extends throughout the building absolutely everyone that I have dealt with has been excellent thank you for the opportunity More
