I had a phenomenal experience at O'Daniel! I am not sure if I have ever experienced a dealership with this level of customer service. In my quest for a new Jeep I contacted a few dealerships, I am not sure if I have ever experienced a dealership with this level of customer service. In my quest for a new Jeep I contacted a few dealerships, but some were slow to react, while Corey, Justin, Craig and the rest of the team stayed with me and contacted me regularly to answer questions and help me find my best match. Bryce went through all of the details when we closed the deal and made sure I was good to go. I work in sales and therefore admire great salesmanship, especially a team effort like this. I am 110% happy with my new Gladiator. Most of my vehicles are GM, but I am also a loyal Jeep owner (I have 2 older Wranglers). My suggestion is regardless of whether you look at other dealers, make sure you contact O'Daniel you won't regret it. I'll be back and I will be sending everyone I know to Fort Wayne. It is worth the trip! More
