Thoroughly satisfied I’d been thinking about getting a pickup truck for awhile and was convinced based on all the reviews I’d read that the new Ram 1500 was the one to get I’d been thinking about getting a pickup truck for awhile and was convinced based on all the reviews I’d read that the new Ram 1500 was the one to get. I really hadn’t planned on getting one any time soon but my son was home from college for Christmas break and suggested that we at least go test drive the Ram. He also pointed out the incredible employee pricing discounts being offered by FCA that were about to expire at the end of the year, and that now might be a really good time to buy. Being a hectic time just days before the holidays with family in town and lots going on, I somewhat reluctantly agreed to go take a look. Am I glad I did! I got an incredible deal on an awesome luxurious pickup truck — exactly what I wanted — and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My salesperson Mike was most helpful and informative, not to mention very patient given my indecisiveness and the frequent curve balls and changes in the deal (especially with the trade-in!) that were thrown at him. I greatly appreciated his low-key, low-pressure understanding approach. Everyone else I interacted with (in management & finance) were similarly helpful, friendly & informative. The dealership building and facilities are top notch and immaculate with a great selection of vehicles in stock to choose from. In summary I would highly recommend this dealership for a great car or truck buying experience! More

I have had excellent experiences with the sales department six times since 2011 at this location. Ron is great to work with and very helpful! I have had mixed experiences with James; sometimes he is great, but he has also gotten upset with ME after having my car in the department for a week and my sitting for 3 hours in the lobby wondering why my vehicle, there for a collison repair for several days and also tire rotation and oil change (to be done at any point during that several day time period) was taking so long to be brought out to me. I expect better when I interact with service. Also, with this purchase, my car came damaged. Due to service delays, I was not able to receive my car when expected, despite actions from Corey. More
