I went in to Odaniel knowing exactly what I wanted and needed to take delivery same day. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. First of all Pasquale was very easy to deal with an needed to take delivery same day. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. First of all Pasquale was very easy to deal with and I really appreciated how mindful he was to make the buying process as smooth and quick as possible. The Sales Manager was also very easy to deal with, very laid back and genuine individual. I appreciated his calm demeanor in what can be a stressful moment, Finance Manager was the icing on the cake - she was hilarious and made me feel at ease. She was also super respectful of my time and didn’t try to push anything on me which I appreciated! A special thanks to my friends at ODZ I started working with Justin about 12 years ago on a community event. At that time my credit was not the best. He did not judge at all. We continued to work together on the community event at least once a year. He always made time to help me out. Fast forward to this month. I was finally ready to purchase a Jeep! Justin did not treat me any differently than when I bought the first car. He actually knew how big a deal this purchase was for me. This was my first time working with Tex on the paperwork.
