Car would decelerate when pressing accelerator. Misdiagnosed once and after almost four months still no diagnosis. Was given 4 or 5 loaner cars. Last loaner car I drove for a month or so. Called to check on my car repair status and mentioned the loaner. Service advisor thanked me profusely for letting them know I had their loaner as they did not log it out and could not find it. I got part number of back ordered part from parts advisor and called another dealership to check availability and was told it was in stock and had to be ordered a certain way or it would not ship. Called Serra parts advisor back to inform him. He got the part coming right away. Mind you, this was weeks after the initial parts order was placed. Sold the car back to Serra and decided to buy from another dealership. Loved my 2015 Rogue so much I bought the 2020 Rogue but unfortunately could not be diagnosed properly and repaired. I commute 100 miles per day so driving a car on the interstate that decelerates when you press the accelerator is a safety hazard and is why I do not drive a Nissan today. More
