I have HD many interactions at Honda of Kenosha. My experience there was mixed to day at best. I felt everyone was polite and friendly. My concern was I felt I couldn't take what people told me at t My experience there was mixed to day at best. I felt everyone was polite and friendly. My concern was I felt I couldn't take what people told me at there word. I was called before my 2nd meeting and was told that I was promised a price for CRV EXL, I accepted over the phone. I arrived and was told none were available so they sold me a car with less features for higher payment, saying they couldn't match the original deal with an EXL when it comes in. When I signed for the sport model, I signed under a VIN # that arrived and was sold the day before I was supposed to pick it up despite me signing all of the documentation on the previous day. When a new one was found and brought to your dealership, I had to fill out all of the paperwork again because of the new VIN. I checked there website and an EXL was available which I would have much rather had. I understand they were negotiating what they had available but I feel I was taken advantage of and was steered towards a vehicle that is missing features I had before with a higher monthly payment. If given the opportunity, I would switch my Sport model for the EXL. I was also promised one price for the Sport model and had to remind them before signing the recent docs to fix the pricing. More
