Matt Valila and Salina Pistone my "Dream Team" Because of the efforts of Matt Valila and Salina I was able to lease a 2020 Sonata Limited. I had spoken to Matt in late 2019 about several different Because of the efforts of Matt Valila and Salina I was able to lease a 2020 Sonata Limited. I had spoken to Matt in late 2019 about several different models although I wasn't ready to purchase until around March 2020. I had 4 payments left on my 2016 Genesis. Matt kept in touch and his friendly demeanor and willingness to do whatever was necessary to get us the car we desired. When when came in to see what the pricing was on the models we were interested in it was Salina Pistone's VERY active participation that caused us to switched from another dealer and walk out leasing the Sonata from Jenkin's of Ocala. My wife and I have bought over 11 cars from here. My wife and I only go here to get our cars. Customer service is always at 100% . This time I came in for an oil change @12k miles and walked out with My wife and I only go here to get our cars. Customer service is always at 100% . This time I came in for an oil change @12k miles and walked out with a new suv for my wife and my soon to be son. It’s like a family when I walk in and know everyone’s names , from Thomas , Cote,Sal,Jeremy, and now Nicholas that helped me there the other day. Trust me, if your looking for a car @ a great deal they will get you to the number you need to be at. The other thing is I never take surveys ever ( who does really ?) and only do them when service sucks so you know it’s great here if I’m taking a good survey 😊 More

Great experience I initially went in for an oil change and left with a new car. It was a no pressure sales and I felt Nathan Klemp did everything to get me out of my o I initially went in for an oil change and left with a new car. It was a no pressure sales and I felt Nathan Klemp did everything to get me out of my old vehicle and into a new one without feeling overwhelmed or taken advantage of. Nathan had previously been my advisor and recently moved into sales. Over the years he has earned my trust and respect. I would not have done this had I not trusted him.
