Best experience at a dealership ever!! I started my search online and asked if the vehicle I was interested in was still available through the "Email us' section. It was a vehicle I had bee I started my search online and asked if the vehicle I was interested in was still available through the "Email us' section. It was a vehicle I had been searching for and they had it at such an amazing price! It was after hours and really wasn't expecting to hear back. The very next day Corrie the internet sales manager reached out to answer all of my question first thing in the morning. I was still a little hesitant to go in after past experiences with dealerships but she really helped me feel at ease and I was even able to begin the credit process at home! I knew I was approved before stepping into the dealership, which was great! The moment we arrived we were greated by a nice gentleman who let Corrie know we were there. Corrie had the car ready for us to view and test drive. After 5 minutes of conversation I felt like I had a friend with me not a car sales person. She really took the time to get to know us and even let us test out all of the features of the car. After the test drive and knowing I wanted to take the car home, Corrie sent the car to get detailed and even put it some gas so it wasn't our first stop after leaving. The gentleman who helped us with the financial paper work was great as well! Never felt pressured or uneasy during the whole short process!! I will be referring all friends and family to Cardinale Way Mazda here on out! Thank you all for such great service!! More
