Big Smiles & Great Hospitality at Cardinale Way Mazda Mesa I showed up with my own financing with the car I wanted in mind. I was greeted right away by Corrie Wright, Sales Manager and Matt Shelton, Sales Person. Both had great energy and big smiles. After I test drove the vehicle and decided this was the one I wanted to take home the process was very simple. I had a trade in, an old and well loved vehicle. It wasn't washed and still had my kayak racks and JBL speakers in tact. The team got their tools and got to work dismantling and dismounting while I met with the finance department! Did I mention it was 107 degrees outside?!?!? Pictures were taken every step of the way and sent via text! Great photos to share. By the time I was done with financing paperwork my new car was loaded up with my old stuff and I was all set to drive off the lot. I will miss my old gal Big Bertha (the well loved trade in) but I am excited to make new adventures in my sassy Miss Sally (the new ride). Thanks to the team for all of the care and hard work!!!! More

I reached out to several dealerships about out of state cars, and CardinaleWay Mazda was one of them. Darlene contacted me almost immediately, and they entire staff was extremely helpful from the start. Doing an appraisal on a vehicle that they haven't seen is always a risk, but they allowed me to take photos and videos and use those for an estimate. The value for my trade and for the car I purchased was incredible. I didn't feel pressured at all; I genuinely felt like they wanted to get me the best deal possible. I would absolutely purchase a car from them again. Ladies, this is a very female-friendly dealership! I used to work in the car business, and many many places are very male dominated. Every person I worked with from start to finish was a woman who had been with the company for years, including the Finance Director Joean. It was so refreshing to interact with women in a predominantly male environment. More
